Netizen ibinunyag ang diumanoy bagong kaso pagnanakaw sa bagahe sa NAIA terminal

Just when we thought the itchy hand culprits who keep in stealing from passenger luggage in the airport are already gone after President Rodrigo Duterte terminated the contract of the ground handling service provider responsible for such cases, another baggage theft incident went viral on social media.
But this time, the incident happened at one of the terminals of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
Based on the 10-minute video uploaded by Facebook page Matalinong Matsing, a passenger seeks the help of the airport customer service to complain about the damaged boxes which are included on the baggage that he checked-in
The complainant argued that it is very obvious that the culprit opened one of the boxes by force basing on the damage in the box side. He explained how he initially packed the two boxes and said that when he picked it up in the conveyor belt, the arrangement is different plus one part of the box was ripped off.
Although the complainant is not yet if there were lost items inside the box, he insisted that it was obviously opened by force and did not just accidentally rip off by tangling to other baggage.
The airport front liner suggested the complainant to just send an email to file a formal complaint about the incident.
