Rappler at Inquirer, binutata!

Veteran broadcaster Erwin Tulfo finally speaks up on the controversial paid advertisement made by the Department of Tourism (DOT) for a program lead by Tulfo brothers at PTV 4.
In an 11-minute video posted by Erwin on his official YouTube channel, he addressed the reports regarding the Commission on Audit (COA) issuing a red flag on the P60.010-million advertisement placed by DOT Secretary Wanda Tulfo-Teo on PTV 4’s block timer program Bitag Media which is headed by one of his brothers, Ben Tulfo.
rwin particularly lambasted media outlets Rappler and Inquirer for allegedly spreading fake news against him.
Fuming with anger, Erwin explained that he decided to speak up n the issue after Rappler and Inquirer dragged his name and photo in the malicious article.
Tulfo suspected that the two media outlets are trying to destroy him and his family since the Tulfo family are known supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte.
He believes that this is just part of a black propaganda against him after he received a high rating from the senatorial election survey conducted by Social Weather Station, but the veteran broadcaster made it clear that he does not have any ambition in entering politics, especially in the 2019 midterm elections.
Because of this, Tulfo said that he will now keep his eyes on his colleagues in the media industry.
“Babantayan ko kayo [Rappler and Inquirer], pasensyahan na, wala ng media media, tabla tabla na tayo talo talo na tayo ngayon.” he said.
